$59 a month includes one check-in visit per month (up to 45 minutes) plus unlimited quick phone or text questions in between. Additional visits that month are $49 for members. One-time visit remains $69 for non-members.

Do you work on Macs and PCs?
Yes, both.
Is remote access safe?
Yes. You can see everything we do in real time and disconnect at any moment. We use secure, industry-standard software.
What if I have more than one problem?
No issue. Your first problem is covered by the $79 flat rate. If we find other unrelated issues during the visit, we'll fix those too for $35 each, and we'll always tell you the full price before we start any work.
What if you can't fix it?
We'll tell you honestly. If something isn't worth fixing or is beyond what we can do, we'll say so and help you figure out your best next step. You won't be charged for work we couldn't complete.
Do you work with seniors?
Absolutely. We're patient, we don't rush, and we explain everything clearly until you feel comfortable.
